- Warranty registration form (please register it at : https://flowmalaysia.com/pages/warrantyclaim)
- Please make sure your warranty registration must be done within 7 days from the date of purchase
- Faulty device
- Kit box (with the wrapper coz we need to see the manufacturer date)
- Remember took out the pod and cable inside
- Write a memo to describe what’s the issues you’re facing
- Tracking number
